房間10分整潔，景觀不錯，地理方便，酒店服務人員也10分友善，房間10分整潔，景觀不錯，地理方便，酒店服務人員也10分友善。唯一要注意的是，晚上9:00便沒有人值班，所以若果夜晚九點後才check-in的話，可以用訂房網站內的語音通話與酒店職員聯絡。酒店方唯一要改良的，就是客人晚上check-in，酒店接待處貼上打澳洲電話，但是酒店要明白，很多海外客人只有數據服務……我建議可以用WhatsApp/line/wechat，這樣不僅可以只用數據，而且也方便英文不流利的客人，可以用照片輔助溝通。

Would have been good if the room had drinking water and microwave to warm up baby’s food. We wanted to stay in the heart city and that’s why we selected this room but I thought microwave and drinking water comes as a basic facility. We checked in late and were new to city so it was a struggle to find an open supermarket late night to get drinking water.

有提供少量沖涼用品，水煲汙糟，不建議使用 。房間很大，床鋪整潔，但是空調鎖定25度，晚間會較冰冷。位置與海邊較遠，W超市在一街之隔，購物方便。

the recept was very friendly & was very helpful with our questions. the room was clean & had plenty of space to place our luggage as a family of 3. though the heater was not really working well and it remained cold throughout the night as the temperature adjustment was locked. but overall a good place to stay in!

前台很熱情，地理位置很好，就在市中心，週日的市集就在酒店門口，會主動提出幫我們寄存行李並且提供遊玩訊息的諮詢。

建物は古いけどスタッフも親切で何よりも立地が最高！朝食には周辺に素敵なカフェが沢山あるので選ぶのが大変です。 部屋も広く清潔で快適。コーヒーマシンもありました！ ただ、バスタオルがケバケバ？していたのが殘念です。タオルで顔を拭くと繊維がついて化粧水をつけるとポロポロ落ちてきました。

Perfect location in Hobart. Near to all shopping and restaurants. The room is a bit dated, but it's not that bad for the price you pay. Only problem is the parking, they have limited slots so you need to book early especially on weekdays. During weekends, you can find free parking around the area.
